This quirky image by the American photographer Dennis stock was taken during his "Californian Road Trip," a photo essay on the hippy movement, at a time when it was trying to reshape a society in turmoil through messages of love and peace. For Stock, it represented rebellion and adventure, but his images are not without humor as witnessed here.
