A vibrant photo essay on the Bullfights and festival of St Firmin at Pamplona. The sixteenth volume in the Collection Neuf series that included books by Cartier-Bresson, Werner Bischof and others. With text by Dominique Aubier and photos Inge Morath & some others, plus an exquisite cover design after lithographs by Picasso. Inscribed by author Aubier with a fabulous association to Italian film legend Roberto Rossellini.

Inscribed and Signed on half-title page by Dominque Aubier to Italian film director Roberto Rossellini. This book is not signed by Inge Morath.

Condition

Very Good; a tight, clean copy with toning, light foxing to endpapers and a musty odor from storage. In a Near Fine dust jacket with very light signs of rubbing to edges and a small 1/4" closed tear to lower front panel.
